Return Policy

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must also be in the original packaging.

All merchandise returned to Paw Joy must be in the original packaging with all original items accompanying the merchandise. If the original packaging is not available, please pack your item securely using a replacement box and proper packaging to ensure the device is well protected.

The return address will vary based on the product but will be included in the return label.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Purchases made during any promotional sale are final and cannot be refunded or returned unless there is a manufacturer defect.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3 days.


Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted).

  3. Contact your bank (there is often some processing time before a refund is posted).


Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.


Shipping Policy

At Lumelax, we strive to provide excellent service which includes the security of shipping your packages. We have opted to provide you with multiple options for shipping your order, all with tracking numbers to ensure that you can monitor your shipment as it travels to your doorstep.


International Standard Shipping

We have elected to use the most affordable shipping prices through Priority Mail International.

  • Processing time: 3–7 business days after receiving your order.

  • Delivery time: 15–30 business days depending on your location (no delivery on Sundays or holidays).

  • No guaranteed delivery date.

Due to differing international customs processes, Paw Joy cannot be held liable for any packages shipped via this method once it has left our warehouse.

If you experience tracking issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly. If you did not receive your package, you may file a complaint with them.

In some cases, we may use a shipping method requiring a signature upon receipt, based on the total value of your order.


How Can I Track My Order?

Once your item is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can monitor your shipment.
